Under the expert guidance of Course Directors Nicoli “Nic” Unt and Luca Pelizzari, supported by a professional team of Master Instructors and IDC Staff Instructors.
This IDC takes place in Malaga, a vibrant city on Spain’s Costa del Sol. The dive center is fully equipped with state-of-the-art classrooms, confined water training areas, and easy access to excellent dive sites in the Mediterranean Sea.
Beyond diving, Malaga offers a rich cultural experience, with beautiful beaches, historic sites, and incredible food. Whether you want to unwind after training or explore the local area, there’s always something exciting to do.

To enroll in the IDC, you must:
- Be a PADI Divemaster (or equivalent from another agency)
- Have 60 logged dives (100 required for certification)
- Hold a valid CPR & First Aid certification (within the last 24 months)
- Have been a certified diver for at least 6 months
- Be at least 18 years old
- IDC Theory & Workshops: Combination of online learning and hands-on training
- Confined & Open Water Sessions: Develop and refine your instructional skills
- Instructor Exam (IE): Conducted by PADI Examiners upon course completion
- Optional MSDT Prep: Gain additional specialty instructor ratings and boost your employment opportunities
