The PADI EFR Instructor Course is a 1-day, hands-on training program designed to transform you into a skilled emergency first responder and instructor. The course is divided into two key components:

1. Theory Sessions

• Understanding Primary and Secondary Care

• Learning how to handle life-threatening emergencies (e.g., non-breathing patient, shock, spinal injuries)

• Managing non-life-threatening conditions (e.g., fractures, bleeding, burns)

• Teaching methodologies to effectively train others in CPR and First Aid

• Familiarization with AED (Automated External Defibrillator) usage

2. Practical Skills Development

• CPR Training with professional manikins

• Hands-on practice in rescue breaths and chest compressions

• Bandaging and splinting techniques for injury stabilization

• Role-playing emergency scenarios for real-life application

• Managing an unconscious patient and assessing emergency situations

The PADI EFR Instructor Course is open to:
